Hi all, not sure where else to post this. I'm Donna Boutiliers' (Eckert) son and I'm sad to tell you all she passed away Sunday Aug. 24 2014 at the palliative care ward in Brandon. We will be having a graveside service on Thursday Aug. the 28th at 1:00 pm in the cremation area of the Brandon Cemetery. All are welcome.

Looking for any information about Linda Treleaven. We were childhood friends in Shilo around 1954-59. I lived on Frontenac , not sure where she was, I just learned of another of her friends, Carol Child's, whose mother was a teacher at PEPS. Would like to walk to her also. Any help would be appreciated.

Morning. I got a nice note from Alfred Ripely who suggested I put a post here to see if I can find any old friends. I never lived in Shiloh but Winnipeg until 63. Then Germany. I like the Ruhr site very much. Wishing you all the best. Mike

Isn't it neat, that we come back into contact with people we knew 30, 40, 50 years ago, where has the time gone and what did you do in between.

Life Was Calling ... ShiloBrats Edie, who puts together these stories, now tells her own, and encourages you to come forward with yours.

What are your highlights, for some it was a family, some it was an occupation, some joined the service, and some even stayed in Shilo, for some it was a hobby or their home, volunteer work, playing music, and for many a multitude of those things. Edie can put them together for your tale of what happened to you since you left Shilo.

Three different people and three different stories now for ideas on how to tell your own, Life Was Calling, where did it take you... shilobrats@shaw.ca for info.

Please keep this wonderful site functioning, it is important for many Shilo Brats that may not comment that much but do read posts.
Our little skinks are doing just fine, I'm still on a committee ensuring they are watched over forever.
I'm amazed at Edie's work on this site, and all the other volunteers that are doing so much. I know it's a labour of love and it is greatly appreciated by me and I know so many others.
