Comments: Thank you Paige for your input, at the time you sent your photos to Otter, the site space was maxed out, and everything was on hold while the transition of ShiloBrats passed on to the new team. Otter transferred all site related files to Edie, and she is searching for them.
Our first order of business was to increase the site space, redesign the look and navigation of ShiloBrats. This is now to the stage where the priority is on content.
ShiloBrats is here to represent all eras of Shilo life including today. We want to hear from current Shilo brats (and photos) about your life in Shilo today (don’t wait 40 years like we did) Speaking about time, the clock is still ticking for 70’s & 80’s brats to include their photos and memories on ShiloBrats for everyone. The 90’s brats already have a group on Facebook. Facebook and Classmates may represent you individually, but only ShiloBrats represent you together in the most memorable and important time in your life.
Those photos of you in Shilo, might seem insignificant to you, but will bring back a flood of memories for so many others who knew you or lived there at the time. “On my discovery of ShiloBrats, I spent two hours laughing, crying, laughing again, crying again and reliving every moment of those wonderful years there.”
The structure is in place, the content is forthcoming…..thank you
Comments: Re: "Your thoughts are in the right place, and especially with photos of brats from the 70's and 80's. You see the 70's and 80's section now, and the photos there are of 60's brats in the 70's and 80's. That is because ShiloBrats have not been sent any photos from brats of that time. Those photos are there, to hold that section in place untill we begin to receive some. So many of you have indicated that you were going to go through your archives and send something. Please, we are still waiting. Collectively, this will become your scrapbook of memories."
A couple of years ago, I emailed some scanned pics from the mid 70's (Mr. Balteson's six grade class photo, brownies food drive pic in the Shilo Stap newpaper, figure skating pics), but they never got put on the site.
It would take me hours to find them and scan them again. Maybe someday I will, but when I never did see them posted here, I figured nobody was interested.

Comments: Message to Sherry Porter (Sullivan)- will you please update your email address with me. Thanks!
Wayne Helgason - Are you able to scout out Rick LeClair's email address for me?
And to all "Shilo Brats" - hope Santa was good to you and All the Best in 2008!
Comments: Hey Pat, it would have been great to see you when you were in Shilo, with more notice. I still appreciate at our last reunion how you found jumper cables to assist our women getting to the dance -just like old times! Hope you and Alexia and family are well and look forward to seeing you again. Wayne
Comments: Hope everyone is well for the New Year. Couldn't be better at our household.
Funny how things go in circles. Our Son-in-law (Capt. Brendan Clancy) was accepted into the fire school in Brandon (something he has wanted to do since they were deployed to Kelowna during their large fires) and will bunk on the base for the duration (oh, officers don't stay in bunks any more? Getting too soft on the troops, are we?). Anyhow, for the locals who spot a 6'4" soldier in civies (you'll probably see him at the museum, he is the Regimental historian) sporting a pair of size 14s, that's our boy.
That means we MIGHT be able to sport three generations for at least a couple of hours at the next reunion. Have been encouraging Mother dearest to make the treck, and now that her husband (WO James A. Exell) is better, I expect she will.
Also a local heads-up: I will have a crew in Brandon next week, so I will be staying at Crang's (Shilo Inn) Saturday 12th, Sunday and probably Monday (but might be working all night that day).
Best wishes - Pat, Alexia, Johanna (& Brendan) and Meghan.

Comments: My brothers are Rod, Lionel, Richard, Leonard and Ronnie(deceased in Shilo Dec. 1965) Does anyone know where the Clemens clan are? Have been looking for Diane Clemens. We lived in same duplex in early 60's. I understand her brother John lives just outside the gates of Shilo somewhere. You can reach me at email address above if you know of her put Diane Clemens in the subject line. Thanks. Laurie Wilson(lpesant@msn.com)
