It is nice to see the guest book being used to re-connect Shlo Brats.

Without Otter (Dave Mulligan) having the wisdom to see a need to create this site and then take that thought and make it happen, we would not have this forum

For those of you that don't know, Otter stepped down from running this site a few years ago, since that time a Web Team was formed. This dedicated group has kept the site going and expanded it. Keep up the good work guys.

Lived in Shilo from 1952-71. Lived on 69 Frontenac. My father was a firefighter. Lived there again from 76-84, then 90-98. Worked oustside the gate at Grays and then was Brydens. I coached and refereed minor hockey and oldtimers. Mike Hazell I remember them dropping the parachutes it was during fire prevetion week. Some used to have ilver dollars attachd to them.

Hmm. I wonder if 30 Quebec crescent is still there......we got transfered to ottawa in 1982, I was 5 then. Since then, we've passed through a couple of times.....

For Faye Helgason - I will try to get hold of Delaine + inform her of your e-mail address. She is in Winnipeg. The eldest boys are in the Calgary area + Dusty is in Sherwood park + the rest of the young ones are in Brandon or by Brandon. Delaine + Russ had 2 boys - now men!
For Joan - Thanks for bringing up the memories of Debby + Becky - they were good people.

We lived at 21, & 19 Alfriston cres ( Craig and Andrew) I remember playing kick the can with Maxwell Clark, David Chown, Mark Humphereys, Georganne MacDermid. I babysat David Smith. I swim with the Hill girls Debbie, and Becky. I went out with the logan twin Bobby and Bill and Lorne Leech . Anyone know these people?

Alf, if you happen to see Delaine, will you say hello from me? Delaine and I were best pals at ages 6 and 7 and then age 10. Both times, my family lived in Douglas where the Greens lived at the time. I do remember them moving to Shilo, but I guess Delaine and I didn't chum that much by then. I heard she lived in Brandon in the 70s and 80s, but didn't know she is now in Winnipeg. Give her my email address if you can Alf. Maybe she'll email me!

I am surprised you would have remembered me, Alf. I don't know why but I have remembered your name throughout the years. Perhaps you knew Judy or played hockey with Don or maybe you played sports. Oh, How I love sports!!!! I do know that you were older than me by a few years. Please give my regards to Delaine + Russ - such lovely people. Delaine is such a gentle person. I was sure they lived in Brandon in the 80s. Congradulations for having been in the RCMP - an honorable profession + sometimes underappreciated.
