Comments: Hello, Shilobrats. This web site is fantastic. Browsing through the pictures of the Condita and other snap shots was like a memory lane of who is who. The reunion in 08 sounds excellent and i think my wife and i will make every effort to attend. It is difficult to plan anything in our lives that far in advance but we will attemp it.

Comments: Although I might considered a mini-reunions or two, I think I may take a pass on the big event in '08. My passion for large gatherings has truly waned and I could not take another night of either of Shilo's "luxury" motels. (I wonder if they ever found the days-old dead body in my room at the Torchland?).

Comments: I haven't been here for awhile and I'm in awe of the website. I'm going to be in Vancover from the 9th of August to the 14th for a wedding. Keith McCaul's daughter is getting married and my son lives in Vancouver and is in the wedding party as well. Would love to see anyone who remembers me.
Comments: On August 31st, in Vancouver, a group of shilobrats will be getting together for dinner for a mini-reunion. I'll be confirming the time and place in the next week or so via email to those who are attending. If I've missed you on my email, and you are interested in joining us, email me at the addie at left.

Comments: Faye, a big Thank You!
Faye's tireless work raising funds to bring ShiloBrats to this safe and spacious home is applauded and happy to see it will continue. Contributions from Shilo alumni have built this site to it's present stage and will be an ongoing requirement to stay online and continue to grow.
When Otter retired, Faye organized and directed a web team scattered across the country into a focussed unit redeveloping ShiloBrats to this new vibrant, interactive home, and wore out her computer in the process. They both can use a break.
And now all that energy will be directed towards the upcoming 60's '08 Reunion. Please show your support early, and help make this gathering the highlight of '08.
...and Faye, keep an eye on us, you know how cubs can be without a den mother.

Comments: Hello brats. Well, I've spent a busy five years working on the Shilobrats web site and now that most of our redesign objectives have been accomplished, I've decided to step down from chairing the web team. Though I still run the treasury and will be helping Bill Brown with the 08 reunion, it's time for someone else to take the helm. I wish the team continued success, and will join the ranks of all the shilobrats who access the site and marvel at all the great changes and additions.

Comments: I am attending the 08 reunion. In the meantime our entire immediate and extended family which include my parents (who are well) and my sisters - Faye (whom we all know), Joann (11 years younger) and Sherri (17 years younger) will be invading Vancouver for my daughter Karla's wedding on Sept 1/07. We are staying at the Holiday Inn on Howe st. for the week around the wedding. Suggestions of good local restaurants/bars from the many of you that have settled in Van would be appreciated.
