You're right George. It was a year ago this week that we had our last Winnipeg reunion with 38 people (7 of them teachers) present. A few months later one of the teachers passed away, and I had messages from Shilobrats telling me how happy they were to have been able to talk to him one more time. More recently one of our classmates, who had come to the 2014 reunion, passed away suddenly, and many of us were quite shocked to hear that. She and her husband had planned to attend this reunion. There are probably others that have passed in the last year that I don't remember. This is one of the reasons why the five of us have been getting together for the last 6 months to put together a memorable experience. (And hopefully the Stanley Cup will be on tour in Winnipeg in August!!!!!!)

Karen I want you to know that I and I am sure there are others also that APPRECIATE the hard work your group is doing to get this reunion going.
I am sure there will be another surge of Brats that will be attending after all who could pass up a good time and reminisce with young at heart older school mates!
I only bring up the people passing because 2 of my dear friend from the sixties(not brats) have passed since February and an other does not have much time left. Not all of us will be lucky enough be like my mother and say they will live to be a 100, I tell her she is stubborn enough to make it!!!
