The '60's Reunion 2018' is coming to Shilo - Sunday, August 5

If you live in the Shilo/Sprucewoods/Brandon area and want to be part of the 60's Reunion 2018, we are coming to you.

There is a bus full of 60's Shilobrats (others will be driving) coming from the Winnipeg reunion event to revisit Shilo. Some of us haven't been back for over 40 years.

Join us for a Barbecue Lunch at El Prado Club / Jr. Ranks Mess starting at noon.

Barbecue Lunch $15 / salads, burgers, hotdogs and desserts / Cash Bar

Pay when you come, but you must let us know in advance (Jr Ranks needs to know our numbers by July 30) email shilobrats@shaw.ca if you plan to be there.

There is still time to be part of the '60's Reunion 2018' main event in Winnipeg, tickets for the main event are available in advance, and at the Meet & Greet sessions Friday and Saturday, and at the main event Saturday night. See What's New for details.

If you have not received your ticket to the reunion in the mail yet, there is a very good reason. I didn't mail them. We are still operating at a loss and to save money, the decision was made to hand them out at the meet and greet for use at the main event and the bus ride.

Been a while since I posted here, but I do look in now & again. I find the idea of another reunion interesting but must not be looking in the right areas as I don't find any dates or times for the start/finish of the reunion or activities, or times of such.

Some Shilobrats are wanting to join us but figure all tickets have been sold. We are dropping any deadline and printing more tickets. We are now permitting brats and spouses to buy tickets up to 7.30 pm on Friday, August 3rd. :!party:

I was just wondering if anyone remembered the Bruneau's They lived in Shilo in the last 50's through the sixties.

My grandfather was Joe or Bennie Bruneau, Marie or Lilian was my grandmother and my aunts and uncles were Raymond, Bonnie, Randall, Tammy and Valerie.

They moved in 1959.

Dose anybody from Shilo have any pictures of the old Diamond J Ranch? Sure miss that place . I had such a good time there grown up! Brings a tear to my eye.
