Comments: Re: Our man Greg. I "spoke" to a musician friend of Greg's and he had this to say:
Good morning ..Greg to my knowledge was at a place up on main st in Winnipeg by Chief Peguis... they had visiting hours there .. not sure if he is still in there ... that was the last place I knew that he was..use google mpas..to find that home..it's east of main st by the river just north of Cheif Peguis..
I am not acquainted with that place

Comments: I'm on a western jaunt this summer. Working mostly on my family history books. However, on 10 July (Wed), I had a wonderful visit with David and Elaine Higgins in Spruce Grove. Dave is in the process of retiring from his surveying business. Anyone interested in buying it ? WE had a grand time talking about his Grade VIII with me in PEPS in 1961-62. Some of your ears should have been burning. Wonderful stories. Thanks for the wonderful welcome.

Comments: Info on Greg L. Not good news. Heard recently that Greg is home and working with a physio. His speech and movements are a problem and there is some doubt that he will ever play again. We will keep him in our good thoughts
