Comments: Happy birthday from an old student, circa 63 to 65. Thank you for your patience and tenacity in Grammar and Math. Actually, most of it stuck. I hope you have a great day, and a very merry Christmas and a good New Year.

Comments: Happy 90th Birthday to such a great lady! Your command of respect with such a beautiful smile taught me what grace is. Even though if I didn’t understand it at the time. I do now and sincerely wish you could show todays teachers and governing school boards how it should be done. With much appreciation and best wishes.

Comments: Hot Dang! Holy spit! One of the very best teachers on the planet made it. 90 years young and probably just as cheeky now as she was to us back in the 50's and 60's. This is indeed a very special day for me, for the mere mention of the name Mary T, unlocks the vault that holds back the sweet memories that were established at a very formative time of my life. And the birthday girl was a big part of the path I ended up following for the past 60 years. WOW. Happy birthday Ms Sheehan! From one of the biggest "pain in the * * * people" to ever grace the hallway (and the tunnels below the hallway) at CFB Shilo. I truly could write a book about the goings on at PEPS/PEHS with your good self as the main character. I believe I received from you, more sarcastically mumbled, grumbled, and also loudly voiced, sharp tongued beat-downs, than anyone else during my years in Shilo. For the thorns in your side, and the endless pain in the you know what that I stirred up in you, I now get down on my knees and beg for forgiveness! (I remember calling you "Your Majesty" one day, to which you sardonically came back with "great, then I officially appoint you as my village idiot, so the next time you want to cause a ruckus in my class you better be prepared to get down on your knees to beg forgiveness." Well sweet lady, here I am doing just that! You were without doubt not hired to ride shotgun for brats like me, but I am so very glad that you saw fit to put me in my place, over, and over, and over, and over, infinitely and beyond. Your words of wisdom, sarcastic and otherwise, were a beacon of light for this smart-* * * kid who knew he had more than met his match in your good self. I know there are thousands of kids that had the pleasure of being taught or guided by you over the years, and you may not even remember me, or perhaps you have forgotten all the grief I used to give to you and Ivan Trail, and Ed Emond, etc. But one thing is for sure. The time you took to go the extra mile with brats like me is so very precious all these years later. If you do remember more than just a little about me, I think you would smile at the person I turned out to be because of the extra effort and time that you took to help me put some proper balance into my life. Before I get out of your hair Ms Sheehan, I'm the one who used to go down into the heat tunnels and bang the pipes while you were giving a class. I remember one specific day when you were sitting in for a class of Mrs. McKay. The desk was right over the heat register and Byron Brown, and Bruce Bowman, and little old me, got ammunition to talk about for weeks. Dear Ms. Sheehan, you had a great set of legs!
