Comments: For those looking to find the Gallery, it is back online again. It apparently developed some code errors that were unrepairable and had to be re-installed as new. The photos have been transferred from the previous Gallery, they cling to their original disc titles which hardly resemble English and arrange themselves like little brats being difficult to manage. The titles are being translated back to English and the copy that accompanied each photo is in a separate file and has to be manually transferred back to each photo. This will all have to be redone bit by bit as we have time.
If you have an album posted in the Gallery, you will need to register again, and have your registration transferred to ownership of your album to be able to access or edit your photos. You may want to re-arrange their order and add or remove photos, titles or copy. It would help a lot if you would do that…please…pretty please.
It will require patience and a lot of tedious work over time but will be restored.
The Shilo Stag have now posted their Jan 20 and Feb 3 issues in Links and feature a fascinating review of Shilo 2010.
And for army words, a lot of you were cadets, how could you forget spit n’ polish and putties.

Comments: Thanks to all of you, for your hard work and efforts to keep the Shilo memories alive. I would love to hear from anyone that may remember from Shilo 1971-74. Stay healthy and be Happy, Jim
Comments: I was born in winnipeg but only lived there until i was one. Lived in Shilo, Man. until I was seven and moved to Edmonton, Ab. Never been back. Wonder what it looks like now. I remember taking the bus to Brandon a couple of times and I always got motion sick...it seemed to take forever! I remember one time Randy Bachman (yes from the band!) came to visit and I bit his finger when he tried to go coochi-coo to me. I've met him later in life and he still remembers my brother dave who airbrushed his guitar and went to school with him. Randy is a very cool and down to earth guy.
